Job Description:
- Develop and execute organizationfive-year institutional and financial strategy to ensure growth and long-term sustainability.
- Oversee budgets, compliance, and fiscal plan ning in coordination with the finance and audit teams.
- Lead enrollment, marketing, and outreach, driving visibility and ensuring access and diversity.
- Spearhead fundraising, partnerships, and CSR collaborations with donors, foundations, and corporates.
- Collaborate closely with the Academic Head to align resources, systems, and academic priorities.
- Supervise finance, operations, HR, and administration to ensure effective governance and accountability.
Job Requirements:
- 1220 years of leadership experience in arts management, education, or creative sectors.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive institutional growth.
- Strong experience in fundraising, financial management, and partnership building.
- Deep understanding of academic and cultural ecosystems with sensitivity to creative processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
