Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a South Indian/ Chinese Chefs at The Green Jungle Resort, located in Karjat. The Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing high-quality meals, creating menus, and ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met, and coordinating with other departments to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills, including meal planning, food preparation, and menu creation.
• Experience in managing kitchen staff and maintaining kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen inventory management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Formal culinary training or equivalent experience in the culinary field.
