We are seeking a skilled Chatbot and IVR Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing conversational interfaces and IVR solutions that enhance user engagement and streamline communication.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement chatbot and IVR solutions for various applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Conduct testing and debugging of chatbot and IVR applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and analyze user interactions to enhance user experience and improve functionality.
  • Maintain documentation of development processes, code, and application features.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in chatbot and IVR development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
  • Experience with chatbot frameworks like Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Rasa.
  • Familiarity with IVR technologies and platforms such as Twilio or Genesys.
  • Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning concepts.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
