Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement chatbot and IVR solutions for various applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Conduct testing and debugging of chatbot and IVR applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and analyze user interactions to enhance user experience and improve functionality.
- Maintain documentation of development processes, code, and application features.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in chatbot and IVR development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Experience with chatbot frameworks like Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Rasa.
- Familiarity with IVR technologies and platforms such as Twilio or Genesys.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning concepts.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
