Work Timing: Mon to Fri 9 AM to 6 PM (Sat Half working day)

Job Description:
Tally Entry and Bookkeeping:
- Accurate and timely entry of financial transactions related to LLPs and investment SPVs.
- Maintenance of books of accounts for AGI and Project LLPs.
- Payout Working and Cash Flow Management:
- Efficiently handle payout calculations and verify paid values.
- Collaborate with US SPV for cash flow management related to Indian Project LLP.
GST Work:
- Quarterly service export invoice generation for SVAG.
- Submission of GSTR-1 data to the auditor's office for filing.
- Verify GSTR-2B with Tally records.
- Provide GSTR-3B filing details to the auditor's office.
- Work on GST refund procedures.
Annual Return and Income Tax:
- Prepare and file annual returns for AGI and Project LLPs.
- Monthly TDS payments and quarterly returns.
- Handle yearly income tax returns for AGI and Project LLPs.
MCA Filing:
- Yearly LLP and AGI return filing.
- Monthly LLP partners addition filing.
- LLP and Investor Management
