Chartered Accountant (CA) with Corporate Organizational Experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with substantial experience in corporate organizational finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in a corporate environment, equipped to manage a wide range of financial, accounting, and compliance duties, beyond traditional CA firm experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and compliance for the organization.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and handle internal and external audits, including statutory audits.
  • Lead tax planning, compliance, and liaison with tax authorities.
  • Monitor and implement corporate governance and internal controls across departments.
  • Facilitate financial due diligence for new projects, investments, and business expansions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, operations, and management, for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage vendor payments, payroll accounting, and reimbursement processes efficiently.
  • Support management in cost control initiatives and resource allocation.
  • Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from ICAI is mandatory.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of corporate organizational experience; experience solely in CA firms will not be considered adequate.
  • Proven expertise in managing corporate finance, accounting systems, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and relevant taxation laws.
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, MIS reporting, and audit coordination.
  • Proficient in ERP software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High degree of integrity and professional ethics.

Additional Information:

Location: Pune, AundhCandidates should be willing to work onsite.

Salary: 12 LPA onwards, commensurate with experience and skills.
