Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead our Finance & Accounts function. The role involves full-spectrum financial management, statutory compliance, and strategic planning to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Finance & Strategy

  • Drive financial strategy, budgeting, and capital structuring to meet long-term business goals.
  • Provide financial insights, forecasts, and cash-flow management for decision making.

Taxation & Compliance

  • Manage GST, Income Tax, TDS and other direct/indirect tax filings with timely and accurate compliance.
  • Oversee tax audits, assessments, and represent the company before regulatory authorities.

Financial Controls & Reporting

  • Establish strong internal controls and ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, and other statutory requirements.
  • Finalize financial statements as per Ind AS/IFRS and deliver timely MIS reports.

Litigation & Due Diligence

  • Handle notices, appeals, and hearings with tax and corporate regulators.
  • Lead financial due diligence and documentation for fundraising, M&A, and investment deals (preferred).

Qualifications

  • CA (Final Qualified) with 3-7 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Must possess strong analytical skills and leadership qualities.
  • Proven deep understanding of statutory compliances and financial reporting systems.
