Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) [Minimum 3 + Years Of Experience, Post Qualification ] to manage and oversee the company's financial operations in accordance with Indian GAAP (IGAAP) and statutory regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring

financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across accounting, taxation, auditing, and

reporting functions. This role will play a key part in supporting strategic financial planning

and contributing to the company's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including cash flow management,

reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

Prepare quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements as per the Indian

Accounting System (IGAAP).

Develop, implement, and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and performance

reports to support business decisions.

Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements,

including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.

Coordinate and manage internal, statutory, and tax audits, ensuring effective

internal controls and adherence to accounting standards.

Conduct cost analysis, pricing reviews, and profitability assessments to support

business growth and strategic planning.

Provide financial insights and support for new projects, capital investments, and

product launches.

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and management

teams to drive financial efficiency.

Maintain updated knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and

financial best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

35 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in manufacturing or

healthcare sectors.

Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, taxation laws, and financial reporting

standards.

Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
