Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant located in Chennai. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for tax advisory, structuring, managing various tax compliances, corporate law advisory, managing transfer pricing documentation, and assisting with mergers and acquisitions. The role will require the ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Skills in Tax Advisory, Tax Compliance, and Filing Returns
• Experience in Corporate Law Advisory, and Accounting
• Knowledge of Transfer Pricing Documentation and Mergers & Acquisitions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Chartered Accountant certification is mandatory
