Chartered Accountant

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 10 years of experience, who

has strong expertise in Finance Function Management and Product Development (ERP/accounting

systems). The ideal candidate will not only manage the company's core finance and compliance but also

collaborate with the technology team to build and enhance AI-based accounting products.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Function Management

Lead end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and audits.

Develop and implement budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.

Manage client accounts, MIS, and compliance requirements.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, reports, and statements.

Product Development (Mandatory)

Collaborate with the tech team to test and enhance AI-based accounting software.

Audit and review ERP/accounting flows for accuracy and compliance.

Gather client requirements and translate them into software features/customizations.

Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new product features.

Other Responsibilities

Cash flow monitoring, cost control, and financial analysis.

Lead internal/external audits and resolve queries.

Mentor and guide finance team members.

Skills and Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.

Strong expertise in finance functions (accounting, taxation, audits, compliance).

Proven exposure in product development / ERP testing / financial software implementation.

Hands-on experience with tools such as SAP, Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.

Strong client management and stakeholder liaison skills.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
