Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Pune City. The Chartered Accountant will manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulatory requirements. The individual will monitor project-wise financial performance, support audit processes, and provide financial analysis for investment decisions and cost control. Collaboration with project teams, senior management, and external partners to deliver accurate and timely financial insights is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

• Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership in the relevant professional body.
• Strong experience in financial accounting, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
• Proficiency in taxation, regulatory compliance, and handling statutory and internal audits.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and project cost monitoring, ideally in the real estate or construction sector.
• Ability to work with accounting and ERP software, advanced Excel skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
• Commitment to ethical financial practices, confidentiality, and adherence to professional standards.
• Relevant work experience in a similar role; familiarity with Pune real estate market regulations is an advantage.
