Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-3 years of experience in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles, a keen interest in the insurance industry, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. This role involves preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, providing an excellent opportunity for professional growth in the financial services sector.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports for insurance clients.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Assist in tax planning and preparation for insurance entities.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to clients.
- Support the insurance team in financial forecasting and budgeting activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Skills And Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and insurance regulations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or similar is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
