Job Description
Qualified CA with experience, preferably in real estate, with exposure to banking/financial institutions
Finalization of balance sheet, financial statements, and timely closure of books
Preparation of MIS reports for Partners/Management with key financial insights
Handling banking relationships, loan documentation, and compliance with sanction terms
Managing one-time and recurring compliances (stock statements, QIS, CMA, etc.)
Ensuring statutory compliances (Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC) and audit coordination
Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and project-wise financial tracking
Strengthening internal controls and supporting financial planning and decision-making
