 1. Responsible for recruitment of agents through various sources to ensure achievement of business targets2. Responsible for execution of the organisational strategy to ensure desired business results3. Work towards achieving sales targets4. Responsible for Activation of agents 5. To maintain the Hygiene6. Frontline sales/field sales 

Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduate
• MBA Freshers can also apply
• 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales would be preferred
• Must be passionate for sales
