Job Description

  • Ensure achievement of SIM activation targets through retail outlets in the assigned territory.
  • Drive revenue market share by expanding retail width and ensuring consistent product availability.
  • Manage productivity and performance of channel partners and Field Sales Executives (FSE).
  • Train and ensure the availability of adequately skilled FSE under each distributor.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure distributors and retailers maintain adequate inventory.
  • Strengthen distribution by expanding recharge and SIM selling outlet networks.
  • Drive key distribution parameters, including Return on Investment (ROI) for distributors and retailers.
  • Gather, analyze, and report competitor activities, policies, and initiatives to the Jio Centre and State Sales & Distribution team.
  • Identify and propose visibility requirements to enhance market presence in the territory.

Education Required

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA or equivalent preferred).

Experience Required

  • Graduate: 4 to 8 years
  • MBA: Minimum 2 to 6 years
