What we are looking for

Must Have:

. Hands-on experience in IT Service Management in a complex IT operations environment

.Hands-on experience in TIL Processes (Incident, Problem, Change Mgmt.)

. Experience in ITSM tools suite

. Experience in Planning, Protection and Optimization ITIL Service Capability qualification. alternatively, the completion of the Service Lifecycle ITIL modules.

Good to Have:

. Good understanding in Certification in ITIL.

. Proficient in process design and deployment.

Desired Candidate Profile

BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING, BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY
