About the Role

We are a growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) seeking a highly skilledoffshore CFP® with strong technical aptitude and process‑automation experience. The ideal candidate will support our advisory team by improving internal workflows and leveraging technology to automate routine tasks within our wealth‑management operations.

This role is ideal for someone who can blend financial-planning expertise with systems thinking, helping us scale efficiently while maintaining a high‑touch client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Process Automation & Systems Optimization

  • Identify recurring tasks and workflows that can be automated within CRM, custodian platforms, and planning tools.
  • Build or enhance automation using RIA technology such as:
  • Practifi (e.g., Salesforce, Practifi)
  • Workflow tools (Jump, Zapier, Co-Pilot)
  • Planning software integrations
  • Portfolio management systems
  • Custodian Platforms (Charles Schwab, Fidelity, TIAA-CREF)
  • Document new and existing processes to ensure repeatability and team adoption.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with lead advisors, operations staff, and service teams.
  • Provide clear written updates and status tracking on workflow progress.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and recommend improvements proactively.

Qualifications

Required

  • CFP® certification (or international equivalent recognized by FPSB).
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or RIA operations.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, retirement planning, advanced financial planning tools, and wealth‑management essentials.
  • Demonstrated experience using financial planning software.
  • Proven ability to create or implement workflow automation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred

  • Experience working with U.S.-based RIAs.
  • Familiarity with custodians such as Schwab, Fidelity, or TIAA-CREF.
  • Understanding of RIA compliance workflows and documentation standards.
  • Exposure to portfolio management tools (Orion, Advyzon).
  • Ability to document SOPs and create workflow diagrams.
