Uphold the highest standards of governance, ethics, compliance, and impact delivery.
We're looking for someone who has:
A strong background in consultancy, strategy, or change management
Demonstrated track record of scaling businesses and delivering significant revenue and profitability growth.
Strong experience managing P&L responsibility across multiple markets and service lines.
Deep expertise in strategy consulting, transformation, public sector advisory, international development, infrastructure, sustainability, or adjacent sectors.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience engaging Boards, governments, investors, and C-suite executives.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalise on new growth opportunities.
Experience leading large, geographically distributed teams and driving organisational change.
Outstanding communication, influencing, and relationship-building capabilities.
A global mindset with experience operating across diverse and complex environments.
