Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Kindergarten/Early Childhood Education, with at least 3 years as Centre Head in a reputed preschool with 100+ students.
Strong understanding of Montessori pedagogy and curriculum development.
Deep appreciation for Indian cultural values and child-centered education.
Proven skills in budgeting, admissions, and promotional activities.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents.
Knowledge of local preschool regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Passion for early childhood education and ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
