Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute seasonal buying plans for men's apparel across categories (casual wear, formal wear, ethnic wear, etc.)
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed buying decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and brand partners.
- Negotiate pricing, margins, and delivery timelines to ensure optimal profitability.
- Collaborate with design, planning, and marketing teams to align product assortment with brand strategy.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage OTB (Open-to-Buy) budgets effectively.
- Conduct regular store visits and competitor analysis to stay updated on market dynamics.
- Ensure timely product launches and availability across channels (offline and online).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 1-5 years of experience in buying or merchandising, preferably in menswear.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and merchandising tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Passion for fashion and understanding of the Indian retail landscape.
