About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Catalog Intern to support our catalogue and merchandising operations. The role involves managing product data, uploading and updating product listings, ensuring catalogue accuracy, and coordinating with internal teams and brand partners to maintain high-quality product information across the Eternz platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate, high-quality product catalogues across the Eternz website and app.
- Ensure product information, images, SKUs, pricing, and other catalogue content are complete, accurate, and aligned with Eternz's guidelines.
- Coordinate with brand partners and internal teams to support smooth and timely product onboarding and launches.
- Regularly review and optimise live product listings, identifying and resolving catalogue discrepancies and data quality issues.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce product cataloguing and marketplace operations is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience with e-commerce cataloguing, CMS, or marketplace operations is an added advantage.
