Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain product listings on our e-commerce platform(s), including writing product descriptions, uploading images, and inputting pricing and inventory information.

2. Optimize product listings for search engine visibility and conversion, including keyword research, meta tag optimization.

3. Ensure consistency and accuracy of product data across all online channels, including the e-commerce website, marketplace platforms, and third-party integrations.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment of product listings with promotional campaigns and business goals.

5. Monitor product performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews, and implement strategies to improve performance.

6. Identify opportunities to enhance the online shopping experience through improved navigation, categorization, and filtering of products.

7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in e-commerce catalogue management, including emerging technologies and tools.

8. Maintain MIS tracker on day-to-day activity.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

2. Prior experience in catalogue management, data entry, or e-commerce operations is preferred.

3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

4. Proficiency in using catalogue management software or similar systems.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

6. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

7. Familiarity with product data optimization techniques and e-commerce platforms is a plus.

8. Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and multitask effectively.
