We are looking for a detail-oriented Cashier to join our retail team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have experience in billing, cash handling, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer billing and payment transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Process payments through cash, cards, UPI, and other approved payment methods.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, reconciliation, and end-of-day cash closing.
- Verify invoices, receipts, and payment records to maintain accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Store Operations teams to ensure smooth financial transactions.
- Resolve customer billing queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and cash management procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of cash, financial records, and transactional information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Commerce background will be preferred.
Required Experience & Skills
- 2–5 years of experience as a Cashier, preferably in the jewellery, luxury retail, premium retail, or organized retail industry.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems and billing software.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer applications.
- Strong numerical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining accuracy.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and customer service orientation.
