Responsibilities:

• Monitor vital signs and overall health conditions
• Remind or assist clients with prescribed medications (as permitted)
• Observe and report changes in health to healthcare professionals

Emotional & Social Support

• Provide companionship and emotional encouragement
• Engage clients in conversations and activities to improve well-being
• Support mental and emotional health

Household & Meal Assistance

• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, organizing)
• Assist with grocery shopping and errands

Safety & Comfort

• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Help prevent falls and accidents
• Follow infection control and safety procedures

Documentation & Communication

• Maintain daily care records and reports
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams
