• Collect and organize patient and caregiver information accurately.
• Help patients and caregivers understand hospital files and documents using simple, easy-to-understand language.
• Assist with patient documentation and record management.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate guidance to patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate with hospital staff to ensure smooth communication.
• Help patients navigate hospital processes and services.

• Are available to join immediately.
• Can commit for a minimum of 9 months.
• Are available to work full-time (9:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
• Have strong empathy and communication skills.
• Possess basic computer proficiency.
• Are willing to work in a hospital environment.
• Are passionate about healthcare, patient care, counselling, psychology, social work, or community service.
• Are eager to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
