Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Career Counselor based in New Delhi. The Career Counselor will work closely with clients to provide guidance and support in career development, career management, and goal-setting. Responsibilities will include conducting career counseling sessions, assisting students and professionals with career transitions, and offering tailored strategies to enhance productivity and personal branding through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Experience in guiding and mentoring individuals in Student Counseling
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to provide clear guidance and empathetic support
• Proven ability to foster professional growth and confidence in clients
• Educational background in Counseling, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a high level of professionalism

We are looking to collaborate with experienced Career Counselors who want to work on a flexible, revenue-sharing model.

You will earn a percentage per paid session that you conduct through our platform. There is no fixed salary, and you are free to set your availability.
