Role Description The Career Counselor will provide individualized and group counseling to students, helping them explore, plan, and pursue career paths in vertical transportation and related industries. Daily responsibilities include conducting career guidance sessions, administering and interpreting career assessments, and supporting students with resume preparation, interview skills, and job search strategies. The role involves collaborating with faculty, training staff, and industry partners to organize workshops, employer interactions, and placement activities. The Career Counselor will maintain accurate student counseling records, track outcomes, and contribute to career development resources and initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Hyderabad campus.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Career Counseling, Student Counseling, and Career Development.
• Candidates should possess skills in Career Management and supporting long-term professional growth.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for engaging with students, faculty, and industry stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in academic counseling, training institutes, or vocational education is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple student cases, and maintain confidentiality and ethical counseling practices.
• Familiarity with placement processes, employer engagement, and the vertical transportation or technical training sector is an advantage.
