Roles & Responsibilities :
Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and
onboarding candidates for various positions.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals, with a focus on bulk hiring and campus recruitment initiatives.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on
recruitment best practices.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee
referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date
candidate information.
Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events, career fairs, and other recruitment
activities to attract top talent.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, sourcing
effectiveness, and candidate feedback.
Stay current on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements to ensure
compliance with relevant regulations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
