About Spotlight: Spotlight is a premier global ecosystem dedicated to identifying and empowering the next generation of student leaders. We bridge the gap between campus potential and real-world impact through innovation, mentorship, and collaboration.
The Role: We are seeking ambitious and strategic Campus Ambassadors to represent Spotlight at their respective universities. You will act as the primary liaison between Spotlight and your student body, fostering a culture of innovation and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute campus-specific strategies to increase Spotlight membership.
- Event Management: Plan and host workshops, seminars, and networking sessions.
- Brand Representation: Act as the official spokesperson for Spotlight, ensuring brand values are communicated effectively.
- Feedback Loop: Gather insights from students to help Spotlight improve its offerings.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Experience in leading clubs, societies, or student organizations is a plus.
- Passion for community building and networking.
