About Us

Weldots is a fast-growing eCommerce brand committed to delivering exceptional customer experience and smooth order operations. We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Calling & Operations Executive who will handle customer calling (cart recovery & support) as well as assist in day-to-day warehouse operations from our Wazirpur facility.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Calling & Cart Recovery

  • Make outbound calls to customers who have abandoned carts or pending orders.
  • Understand customer concerns and resolve product or order-related queries.
  • Persuade customers to complete their purchase by explaining offers, discounts, and product benefits.
  • Maintain call logs, track follow-ups, and record conversions accurately.
  • Share customer feedback and insights with operations and marketing teams.

Warehouse & Operations Support

  • Assist in daily warehouse tasks such as basic coordination with packing staff, dispatch team, and inventory support.
  • Ensure smooth order flow - from packing to handover - by monitoring and leading daily operations.
  • Communicate with courier partners for pickups, returns, or delivery-related issues.
  • Maintain basic documentation such as order sheets, dispatch lists, and inventory updates.
  • Support the warehouse team in any operational requirements to ensure timely order processing.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 02 years experience in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or operations (freshers welcome).
  • Good English is mandatory
  • Strong communication, listening, and customer-handling skills.
  • Persuasive and empathetic personality with the ability to handle objections.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, call logs, CRM entries).
  • Ability to multitask between calling and operational tasks.
  • Responsible, punctual, and comfortable working from a warehouse environment.
