Role Summary / Area Of Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Calling Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including recruitment, sales, lead generation, lead follow-up, and other types of calling activities. You will be responsible for making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls. You will need to be comfortable with talking on the phone and possess excellent english communication skills.

As a Calling Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be working closely with the sales, marketing, and recruiting teams to identify and engage with potential customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all calls and leads in our CRM system.

To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter who is able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and prioritize tasks. You should be comfortable with working in a team environment and have excellent interpersonal skills. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in a startup environment and develop your skills in recruitment, sales, and lead generation.   • Location: Remote
  • Education & Work experience** - We prioritize skills over traditional degrees. But any training/ certifications/ projects undertaken/ past internships that demonstrate your deep interest in this field is highly desirable.
  • You will be expected to present proof of your qualifications and work experience.**
  • Software and Applications- MS Office Suite, MS Excel.
  • Qualities & Capabilities-
    • Strong communication skills in English
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
    • Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or lead generation is desirable
    • Comfortable with making outbound and receiving inbound calls
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
