Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller based in the Mohali district. The Caller will be responsible for initiating and managing outbound calls to potential and existing clients. Daily tasks include contacting clients to share information about insurance products and investment opportunities, addressing customer queries, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and following up on leads. The Caller will also need to update the customer database and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple calls and interactions efficiently
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and investment opportunities
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
