Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Call Center Executives to make outbound calls to potential power consumers. Your main responsibility will be to communicate effectively how our renewable power supply can help large industries save costs and adopt sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make regular outbound calls to potential consumers.
- Clearly explain the benefits of renewable energy and our power supply solutions.
- Maintain proper records of all calls and interactions in Google Workbook / CRM.
- Follow-up calls to ensure continuous engagement with potential consumers.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Freshers with a keen interest in renewable energy are welcome.
- Previous experience in solar or energy sector is a plus.
- Comfortable working with Google Workbooks / basic spreadsheets.
Training:
- On-the-job training will be provided for renewable energy solutions and industry insights.
