We are seeking a skilled and implicit dynamics CAE Mechanical Engineer to join our Automotive Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in mechanical engineering, specializing in computational analysis and simulations within the automotive industry. This role requires proficiency in at least one implicit dynamics software, such as ANSYS or ABAQUS, and a deep understanding of the challenges and technical requirements specific to automobile engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute complex implicit dynamics simulations to analyze automotive components and systems using CAE tools like ANSYS or ABAQUS.
- Collaborate with design engineers to develop and optimize new product designs for performance, safety, and manufacturability.
- Interpret simulation results and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve product designs and performance.
- Validate model predictions by coordinating testing protocols and analyzing test data.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and advancements in CAE tools and methodologies.
- Document all simulation processes and results, ensuring high levels of transparency and repeatability.
- Assist in the mentorship and development of junior engineers and technical staff.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in CAE within the automotive industry.
- Proficient in at least one of the following CAE software: ANSYS, ABAQUS, or similar implicit dynamics simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and vehicle dynamics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical details to non-experts.

Preferred Qualifications:
