Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cabin Crew Trainer located in Noida. The Cabin Crew Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for aspiring cabin crew members, providing guidance on in-flight operations, safety procedures, and passenger service excellence. The trainer will create instructional materials, evaluate trainees performance, and ensure adherence to the highest standards of aviation safety and customer service. Regular collaboration with internal teams to maintain and update training modules to industry standards is also required.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience as a Flight Attendant and familiarity with Aircraft operations
- Thorough understanding of Aviation rules, safety protocols, and regulations
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven expertise in Customer Service with a customer-centric attitude
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Certified trainer or relevant certifications in aviation training and safety is highly advantageous
- Background in education or prior training experience is a plus
