Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cabin Crew Trainer located in Noida. The Cabin Crew Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for aspiring and current flight attendants. Day-to-day tasks include conducting workshops, role-playing sessions, and assessments to ensure high standards of customer service, communication, and safety in aviation. The trainer will also ensure training complies with aviation regulations and aligns with organizational standards while mentoring trainees to excel in their roles.
Qualifications
- Experience in Flight Attendant roles and knowledge of Aircraft operations
- Strong foundation in Aviation industry standards and practices
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to mentor and train candidates with diverse backgrounds
- Understanding of safety procedures and regulatory guidelines in aviation
- Certifications in training or teaching are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial
