Role Description

This CA Experience Articleship (Transfer Case) role is an internship position based on-site in Karol Bagh. The intern will assist with day-to-day accounting and finance work, including bookkeeping, voucher processing, and supporting statutory and tax compliance under the supervision of qualified professionals. Responsibilities include working on transfer pricing-related documentation, basic audit support, reconciliations, and preparation of working papers. The role also involves data analysis, maintaining records, preparing summaries and reports, and supporting seniors in client deliverables and internal reviews. The intern will be expected to communicate clearly with team members, adhere to deadlines, follow professional standards, and actively participate in learning and development activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, with a basic understanding of taxation, audit concepts, and financial reporting.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret financial data, prepare working papers, and perform reconciliations.
• Candidates should possess Transfer Pricing knowledge or interest, including willingness to learn compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members, interacting professionally with clients, and documenting work clearly.
• Enrolled in or having cleared relevant levels of CA, with approved transfer of articleship eligibility as per ICAI guidelines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic familiarity with accounting/ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and commitment to professional ethics and continuous development.
