Business System Analyst

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business System Analyst . The Business System Analyst is responsible for analyzing business systems and processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, evaluating system needs, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective solutions. The role also involves identifying opportunities for system enhancements, translating business needs into technical specifications, and supporting the implementation of new systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Systems Analysis, Systems Analysis, and related methodologies
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to identify and interpret patterns and trends
• Expertise in Business Analysis and defining Business Requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business functions
• Experience with software implementation or systems integration projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
