Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement data warehousing solutions that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure data models are optimized for reporting and analytics.
• Develop and maintain documentation including business process flows, data dictionaries, and user manuals.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Participate in project planning and management activities, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on data warehousing.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
