Experience in UK process and shift operations
Skills in Calling Support, Voice Support, Voice Process
Knowledge of Mumbai jobs market and BPO calling processes
Fluent in verbal English for customer service tasks
Roles And Responsibilities
Manage and oversee UK BPO process operations efficiently
Ensure smooth functioning of voice-based customer support
Handle international BPO calling processes effectively
Provide excellent customer service through verbal English skills
Execute shift duties with precision and adherence to standards
