This role involves collaborating with external service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and maintaining a high standard of service quality
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party service providers to outsource specific business functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
SLA Management: Monitor and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure that performance metrics and quality standards are met
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures, perform audits, and ensure that outsourced processes meet or exceed quality standards
Training: Coordinate and provide training to external service providers to ensure that their teams are well-versed in the organization's processes and policies
Data Management: Oversee data entry, data validation, and data processing activities to maintain data accuracy and integrity
Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to outsourced processes, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
Reporting: Generate and maintain reports related to BPO activities, including performance metrics and cost analysis
Compliance: Ensure that outsourced activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards
Cost Management: Monitor and control costs associated with outsourced processes to optimize cost-efficiency
Problem Solving: Address issues, discrepancies, and escalations related to BPO activities, finding effective solutions and improvements
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to BPO processes, SLAs, and vendor contracts
