Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and optimize business processes across departments.

Develop and implement process improvement strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

35 years of experience in operations, business process management, or data analysis.

Proficiency in software tools such as Excel, ERP, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Strong communication, analytical, and team management skills.

Background in agriculture or food processing preferred.
