Project Management :

• Oversee the delivery of LLM, GenAI, and AI services projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.

Client Relations :

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Operational Efficiency :

• Implement and maintain best practices for project delivery and operations.
• Continuously improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project delivery and operational performance.

Team Leadership :

• Lead and nurture a team of project managers, developers and other technical staff.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Technical Expertise

• Stay current with the latest advancements in LLM, GenAI, and AI technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team and clients as needed.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to integrate new technologies and methodologies into service offerings.

Relevant Experience

• 6-10 years of prior operations leadership experience.
• Should have hired and led a very effective operations team of 30+ people in the past.
• Prior experience in handling and driving high-growth OKRs
• Engineering/STEM degree from a top school like IIT

• Drive key metrics by ruthlessly focusing on high-ROI opportunities. The Business Operations Manager - Delivery Lead must have a proven record of creating sensible KPIs rather than just following industry best practices, many of which dont neatly apply when the lead is in an uncharted territory of innovation.
• This lead will be expected to dive deeply into data by working with data scientists and translating key insights into operations processes and product features.
