This profile demands a mixed skill set of a Team Manager / Sales Person and an Account Manager / Generating leads - Through Self - identify relevant contacts at a target organisation and to establish first contact.
Essential Functions
Partner with Sales, Sales Development and Product/Segment Marketing to drive a winning SMB demand gen strategy and execution across multiple channels
Understand SMB marketer needs challenges across their buying journey and translate those into personalized communications and targeted campaigns for various digital channels with the goal to educate the buyers and accelerate their buying cycle
Write, edit, and launch targeted email marketing campaigns
Build webinar programs, promote them, and moderate virtual tradeshow/webinar sessions with other speakers; webinar speaking experience a plus
Analyze program performance and make recommendations for improvements and optimization of content, mix, frequency, etc. in order to meet monthly and quarterly goals
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services that will lead to an increase in sales.
Study the market and competitors; identify and develop the company s unique selling propositions and differentiators
Update nurture programs and content as needed
Collaborate with Marketing Operations team to improve data quality, reporting, and segmentation
Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 4 year experience in outbound sales, International sales, demand generation/lead generation, email marketing or marketing programs
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email marketing, Social Network (LinkedIn, Xing, Jigsaw, iProfile, Etc.) marketing in the USA/ UK/Europe/EMEA/EU and other parts of the world
Identifying sales opportunities through primary, secondary research including building up and maintaining the prospects database
Maintain sales activity records
Qualify business opportunities present business solutions at executive level
Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
Knowledge of customer service principles
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Experience in IT Solutions/Services sales
Must possess good written oral communication skills
