  • Contribute to Agile delivery by supporting incremental development of BI and analytics solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and input into data architecture and analytics initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for BI models, datasets, and reporting assets.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and encourage adoption of BI tools and best practices across the business.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modelling, and data transformation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud-based data platforms and services.
  • Experience using Databricks or similar distributed data processing technologies.
  • Experience integrating and analysing data from multiple systems and sources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Desirable

  • Experience building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines.
  • Exposure to additional cloud analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or BigQuery.
  • Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD practices for data and analytics assets.
  • Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and data management frameworks.
  • Experience working within regulated or data-sensitive environments.
