Hummingbird is hiring | Business Head / COO - FMCG |Location - Ahmedabad

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Business Head / COO who can lead end-to-end business operations, drive growth, build scalable sales & distribution networks, and own P&L delivery.

Experience: 18-25 years in FMCG sales & operations with 5+ years in senior leadership roles with P&L ownership.

Key requirements:

• Strong experience in FMCG sales, distribution and general management
• Proven track record of scaling business operations and building teams
• Experience across GT, MT, institutional and e-commerce channels
• Strong understanding of distributor networks, trade structures and commercial operations
