Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Executive to lead, manage, and execute influencer-driven campaigns while contributing to business growth through client pitching and relationship building. The role requires a mix of creativity, communication, and strategic thinking to drive results for brands and support overall business development
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, connect, and manage influencers across various niches and social media platforms.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end from ideation to execution and reporting
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and maintain strong influencer relationships.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align campaign goals and ensure successful delivery.
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance, providing data-driven insights.
- Pitch agency services and campaign ideas to potential clients to drive new business opportunities.
- Assist in developing strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Maintain healthy client relationships and ensure recurring business.
- Stay updated on market trends, influencer insights, and digital marketing innovations.
Requirements:
- 34 years of experience in influencer marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Background in digital marketing, advertising, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to pitch ideas and close business deals.
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and performance analytics.
