Business Finance - CA Fresher

Experience Required:

0–2 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or related roles

Strong hands-on experse in MS Excel is mandatory

Job Descripon:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analycal Business Finance professional to support financial planning and performance tracking. The role involves close collaboraon with cross-funconal teams to drive business insights and support day-to-day finance operaons.

Key Responsibilies:

Facilitate planning, budgeng, and variance analysis across all P&L items to support strategic

decision-making.

Prepare the Annual Operang Plan (AOP) and track performance against targets.

Create and analyse monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, highlighng key variances and aconable business insights.

Build and maintain daily MIS dashboards for real-me performance tracking across business units.

Assist in financial forecasng based on current trends and historical performance.

Support day-to-day finance operaons through ad-hoc financial analysis and cross-funconal

collaboraon.

Assist in operaonal finance acvies including commission invoicing and sales incenve review, prior to processing.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).

Good understanding of financial statements, budgeng, and forecasng.

Strong analycal and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with large datasets and deliver insights.

Good communicaon and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualificaons:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounng, Commerce, or related field.

Experience in fast-growing or startup environments is a plus.
