About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide business-specific support to the Resiliency Officers in Wholesale Operations (CB Ops, CIB Ops and WIM Ops) through risk identification, data and quality maintenance of resiliency plans and management of Enterprise and Wholesale Operations requirements for Resiliency. This role will be accountable for the quality of the plans, will increase the response times of all updates and changes in the ORS/ERS (Enterprise Resiliency System) tool and will be expected to become familiar with the business functions they support as well as the Enterprise and Wholesale Operations Resiliency Framework.
