Company Description
XLINQ builds enterprise software for high-trust, mission-critical environments. We enable digital transformation through composable, model-driven services that protect high-value assets with security, compliance, and control by design.
Our mission is to radically simplify and automate the end-to-end software development process — from requirements engineering to deployment — using our unique Business-Code and generation-based development platform. We help organisations build complex, bank-grade systems with higher quality, faster delivery cycles, and dramatically reduced complexity.
Our customers include leading banks, financial institutions, energy companies, and public-sector organisations. XLINQ is a spin-off from ING Bank, combining banking-domain expertise with experience in building and maintaining mission-critical transactional platforms.
We foster a diverse, inclusive work culture where different perspectives and backgrounds fuel innovation. We believe great teams build great solutions.

- Experience with business modelling, consultancy work, or projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to elicit knowledge, structure abstract concepts, and explain them clearly.
- Well-developed analytical and abstract-thinking capabilities.
- Familiarity with composable architectures or domain-driven design principles, domain-specific languages (DSLs), or code-generation concepts.
